How ExpatsConnect Began
It began, like many great ideas, over a simple business lunch.
Frank and Stefanie had known each other for years, sharing a passion for people, communication, and leadership. Over lunch, their conversation turned to a shared insight: so many organizations struggle not because of strategy, but because of how they communicate.
From that moment on, a shared vision took shape: to help teams communicate with clarity, connect with trust, and perform at their best.

Steffi brings more than 20 years of experience in building sustainable teams, developing professionals, teaching, presenting keynote speeches, and helping people strengthen their communication and negotiation skills.
As a lecturer, leader, and communication expert, she combines practical business experience with her strong interest in psychology and human behavior.
Her approach focuses on recognizing the individual potential within each person and helping employees, teams, and leaders develop with confidence, clarity, and a positive perspective.
She brings structure, empathy, psychological insight, and a strong commitment to sustainable development.
Frank Beumer
For more than 30 years, Frank has been passionate about becoming a better communicator and helping others develop the same ability.
Throughout his career, he has built and led successful businesses, developed approximately 280 colleagues and consultants and supported the growth of 12 high-performance leaders within his teams.
His experience in entrepreneurship, leadership, team building, and business development allows him to understand communication not only as a personal skill but as a central factor in motivation, collaboration, and business performance.
Through ExpatsConnect, he wants to share the knowledge and practical communication skills he has developed over decades with international professionals, teams, and leaders.
